Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal is a practical way to learn the principles and procedures behind the major approaches to valuing real estate. The text assumes no prior knowledge of appraising and includes the vocabulary and techniques that will enable the student to continue at a more advanced level, if desired.

Roth, Bill
Bill started real estate in 1984 and has kept his license active.  He teaches for several associations Ethics, Agency and Fair Housing. He has has served as RPAC Chair, RPAC Trustee, President of the Dulles Area Association, and was elected Realtor of the Year.  He has also served on the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee (which he is still actively serving).


In 2002 he became licensed as a real estate appraiser and continues to work with Myers Appraisal.  He has been teaching Broker Pre-licensing Appraisal courses since 2012 and has taught many students through his 29 as an instructor.  His 35 years of experience in the Real Estate Profession allows him to contribute his expertise to the up and coming agents/Brokers. 

Cancellation requests (written or phoned) (VA CE) will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than the $100 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received by BRAR in writing within 15 days after class start date).
