This 2-hour continuing education course specifically designed for brokers and broker associates focuses on some of the critical areas of broker management. Taken from the Virginia Real Estate Board Rules and Regulations and the Code of Virginia this course is a review of the laws and regulations regarding the supervision of a firm and branch offices, and the regulations regarding advertising.

At the conclusion of this course students should be able to demonstrate a better understanding of the laws and regulations and understand why these areas are important and necessary in order to reduce liability and better protect the public’s interests and trust in the firm assisting them with their real estate needs. 

This is a virtual class partnering with the Dulles Area Association.

Worrilow, Mark
Mark has been an active member with PWAR for many years.  He chaired the Education Committee for over six years and helped create an advanced real estate school with over 212 classes yearly.  He has since devoted his time to his brokerage and teaching other agents.  He has taught Real Estate Brokerage and Law at DAAR since 2015 and PWAR since 2017 where he has seen many students come through the pre-licensing class to become a successful broker.  He has taught for BRAR for the last three years Ethics and New Member Orientation.  He has also taught the Pre-licensing Brokerage and Law classes.

Cancellation requests (written or phoned) (VA CE) will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than the $20 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received by BRAR in writing within 15 days after class start date).
