DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This 2-hour continuing education course specifically designed for brokers and broker associates focuses on some of the critical areas of broker management. Taken from the Virginia Real Estate Board Rules and Regulations and the Code of Virginia this course is a review of the laws and regulations regarding the supervision of a firm and branch offices, and the regulations regarding advertising. At the conclusion of this course students should be able to demonstrate a better understanding of the laws and regulations and understand why these areas are important and necessary in order to reduce liability and better protect the public’s interests and trust in the firm assisting them with their real estate needs. This is a virtual class partnering with the Dulles Area Association.
